ELCS Service Hours Program

1. Parents can reduce the tuition costs by completing service hours.
2. Service hours are tracked for each family.
3. Adults can work service hours, not students (except in pre-approved, special circumstances by the administration).
4. Each service hour must be pre-approved by the appropriate service hour administrator, signed by the administrator who approved the and oversaw the work, and submitted to the office for tracking purposes.  This is done monthly by the service hour administrator.
5. The number of hours required is based on the desired amount of tuition reduction.  Families may earn maximum of 50 hours per student in grades K-8 ($45 per hour=maximum of $2,250).  Families may earn a maximum of 74 hours per student in grades 9-12 ($45 per hour=maximum of $3,330). 
6. Service hours are recorded in no less than 30 minute increments.
7. Click on the area of service that interests you to find if service hours are available.  The website is updated continuously, so check back often.
