If your child is interested in playing in the upcoming softball season 2024-25, please fill out the form and it will get emailed to the Athletic Director. If you have any questions, please contact East Liverpool Christian School at 330-385-5588.

**Sports Requirement Information**
Team Fee (5th-12th): $50
Team Fee (4th grade): $25
Current/Updated physical form is required starting the first day of practice
(physical forms are good for 1 year from the date of the last physical)
