Varsity Team Fee (7th-12th): $100
JV Team Fee (5th-6th): $50 (Practice Only)
​Current/Updated physical form is required starting the first day of practice
(physical forms are good for 1 year from the date of the last physical)

​If there is not enough to make a team, you will be contacted.
