If your child is interested in playing the sport this upcoming basketball season 2025-2026, please fill out the form and it will get emailed to the Athletic Director. If you have any questions, please contact East Liverpool Christian School at 330-385-5588.

Varsity Team Fee (9th-12th): $100
JV Team Fee (5th-8th): $50
Current/Updated physical form is required starting the first day of practice
(physical forms are good for 1 year from the date of the last physical)
