STUDENTS IN GRADES 5-12 AND PARENTS WILL HELP KEEP THE SHAKER WOODS FESTIVAL CLEANED UP BY CLEARING TRASH FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM: Each job lists the amount of people needed and what tools that person should bring to complete the job. THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS FOR THIS EVENT. Sign up is via the website and is on a first come, first served basis. Service hours are awarded for your commitment to the job you signed up for.
PLEASE BE AT THE FESTIVAL AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SHIFT BEGINS. You must check in at the front gate of the festival. David Freeman will be at the festival both days, all day. You can reach him at the cell phone number above.
Each person is credited $36 per service hour and will sign in and sign out on the work day. This fundraiser directly benefits the archery team and does not go to the general fund, so it is for regular service hour credit only. *
