WE WILL NEED CONCESSION STAND WORKERS, GATE WORKERS, MALE AND FEMALE CHAPERONES, AND SET UP/CLEAN UP CREW:  Each job lists the amount of people needed and what tools that person should bring to complete the job.  THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS FOR THIS WORK DAY.  Sign up is via the website and is on a first come, first served basis.  Service hours are awarded for your commitment to the job you signed up for.

Each person is credited $54 per service hour (Time and a half for this fundraiser FOR THE GENERAL OPERATING FUND) and will sign in and sign out on the work day. *

If you would like to help defray the school cost for the concession stand by donating items from the list below please contact Kim Williams. All items that are being donated can be dropped off at the school on Tuesday and Thursday between 9am - 3pm. **If this time doesn't work please contact Kim.**

  • Large Pizza (Papa Johns): 10 large peperoni & cheese - filled
  • Nacho Chips: 4 bags - filled
  • Nacho Cheese: 2 containers - filled
  • Big Soft Pretzels: 2 bags - filled
  • Big Pickles: 2 large jars - filled
  • Napkins: 4 big packages - filled
