**Sports Requirement Information**
Varsity Team Fee (7th-12th): $200
JV Team Fee (5th-8th): $150
​Current/Updated physical form is required starting the first day of practice
(physical forms are good for 1 year from the date of the last physical)
*Note: Depending on how many girls and which grades sign up will depend on the teams we will have next season. If a team participates in practices only and does not play games, the sports fee will be reduced.
